For a healthy and fit body, follow a balanced diet.

The first two pictures says a thousand words.  Eventhough the burger is tasty, I would not want to give a try. 

At first, I wanted to write more, discussing on the picture. Then, I realised I don't have enough time. Maybe next time. But, definitely by seeing the pictures, you would have learned something.
