Bible. I’ve read once, just for sake of passing National level Bible test back in high school for a mere certificate J.. Ya, you heard me. Those were the days where we need to have a lot of certificates to get a seat in University.

2) One song that you like–from your ‘least likely to listen to’ genre…

I don’t have such list. I listen to all genres, depending on my mood at that particular time.

3) A book from a genre you almost never read, that you have read, or you will read (promise!)
Twilight Saga. My friend emailed me the online version of these four books. The first book is nice but till now I haven’t finish reading it. And the movie just made me lose the ‘ummph’ to read the novel.

4) Somewhere you’d never thought to go on holiday/vacation, and why it might be fun to go there? Grand Canyon. I always think it is a scary place as most Hollywood thriller movies were shoot there. Then I watch video games on car racing at Grand Canyon. Wouldn’t it be nice if I could go and see for  myself what is actually there? A sunny, hot, thrilling place....LOL

5) A specific food you’ve never tried, but will because of this meme, honest!

No! I don’t experiment food. NEVER! I’ve never tried bizarre foods like fried insects, but NO!!! not at all!

6) A sport or game you really hate, or haven’t tried yet, but are willing to give one more go:

I love sports. A game that till now I find boring is golf, and I don’t understand why it is so expensive. Come on, no running, no walking, no catching, no speeding, just stand and sway your golf stick, that’s it? But, I would love to give a try.

7) A style of dance you probably won’t try (we won’t make you promise on this one):

belly dance...seriously, OMG!


8 ) A career job you don’t feel you’re suited for, and why:

Teaching kids. I’ve tried and I cannot if the kid is spoiled by the parents. And I whack them either...soo hrmmm...

here comes our Iron Lady

Just few weeks after I posted about her, she came to limelight...to screw all her haters. The touching part, she never hate them, she only describe them as negativity,'it doesn't stick, it just drops off'.  Ash has the glow of motherhood and no doubt she is a PROUD mother.
This video just proved she ain't any normal Miss World. What can I say, she has both beauty and brains.... Blessed she is!

You may think I'm so obsessed with her. Pardon me, but I'm not a big fan of her. I weren't into her acting and movies, but the way she handled criticism and gossip, wow, I'm astonished!

'....the rest are opinions and it can vary and it doesn't matter... ' 

'This is reality, I'm a mother, and this can happen and it happens to me and that's fine.'

She never endorsed a size zero figure. She loves herself, for whom she was and for whom she is now, and that's what matters.

This is what I call AWESOMENESS.



With one video, she made everyone pt their hands on the mouth, but some still don't give up. Now some came up with the idea, 'she is pregnant again'. What the heck...

Why we shout in Anger??

I came across this post, an eye opener for me.

A Hindu saint who was visiting river Ganges to take a bath found a group of family members on the banks, shouting in anger at each other. He turned to his disciples, smiled and asked, 'Why do people shout in anger at each other?” His disciples thought for a while and one of them said, 'Because when we lose our calm we shout.'

'But why should you shout when the other person is just next to you?' 'Can you just as well tell him what you have to say in a soft manner? asked the saint.

Disciples gave few answers but that seem not satisfying the other disciples, and finally the saint explained, 'When two people are angry at each other, their hearts distance a lot. To cover that distance they must shout to be able to hear each other. The angrier they are, the stronger they will have to shout to hear each other to cover that great distance.

 'What happens when two people fall in love? They don't shout at each other but talk softly because their hearts are very close. The distance between them is either non-existent or very small. The saint continued, 'When they love each other even more, what happens? They do not speak, only whisper and they get even closer to each other in their love. Finally they even need not whisper, they only look at each other and that's all. That is how close two people are when they love each other.

He looked at his disciples and said, 'So when you argue do not let your hearts get distant. Do not say words that distance each other more, Or else there will come a day when the distance is so great that you will not find the path to return.'

Yes, Indians on numerology, horoscope, etc etc... They fear of 7 1/2...duh. I agree I do believe a little, but whats better than chanting His mantra and start your day...Aren't the grahams are His creation? So, stop worrying, don't be too indulged in this. Believe in God and everything will be fine.

She's an astronaut,... she will one day

Of all five of us, she is the most ambitious, make her plans well, high aim, big dreams, will pursue her goals no matter what. Since childhood she wants to work in NASA. We, on other hand, always change our mind. No definite dream, we change as the wind change its direction. Not she!

And here she is, in Texas. She flew to US last few weeks… to study in Geology.

Many questioned; ‘studied degree in software engineering and now geology? I don’t see any interrelations there’.

Well, I can see, at least. You have wider scope to get in NASA. Working experience in IT and now have studied on rocks and soil. What else you need?

Wherever she is, may she achieve her goals. And I am proud of my sister! J

She is human, after all..

Beauty queen.Gorgeous, she is! And please don’t remind me of her strong pronunciation of British English and her fake laughter. I admit; sounds horrible. But, despite all these (no one is perfect, btw) I admire her.

I’ve never seen any Miss World who had survived so far in Hall of Fame. Yeap, agree we have Priyanka Chopra, Sushmita Sen, Lara Dutta; but how much have they achieved? Did they get any Hollywood movie offers? Invited for Cannes Film Festival..I can go on, but two is enough for the moment..( I love Sushmita sen and Lara Dutta, fyi)

Well, I don’t want to brag further, but something bothered me. A picture in Facebook has provoked me to write on this topic.

Quite astonishing that Indians commented so. What? Are we in Hollywood? Where Posh Victoria Beckham delivers fourth child and the next week back on track with size zero?  Again on designing and not mothering her kids?

I am not here to condemn the Beckhams but let us see from a different angle. You may be a celebrity, but you are a normal human when it comes to family, marriage etc, etc. Whats wrong of Ash being plump? Remember, once she had a beautiful tall, slim figure. Ok, now don’t ask why she never maintained it. Anyone out there who never gained few pounds while pregnant?

Come on, she is in her thirties and a mother to a newborn baby. At least she did maintain her figure and didn’t become plump right after her marriage!

And yeah, I will be happy with whatever decision that she takes after this: to hit the gym or stay the way she is now.

I’m glad she didn’t expose her baby to the world yet. Or else people will start criticizing the baby too.  :P

(While writing this, I was upset and I wrote with my little knowledge, as I don't really follow on gossips of Bollywood)

Animals are not birthday gifts...

So, gifts like chocs and roses are so last season. Girls are neither excited nor impressed with these. Boys need some new gifts...and they give pup as present. Isn't that cool?   NO.


First of all, how long you know your gf? And how sure are you she will take care of the pup very well, with so much love,care and devotion? What, is she taking care of your child?

Boys, you give her a gift that she has to take care everyday. Girls are like that, they'll say 'cho cute, cho bubbly,cho, cho, cho...' when they see small things, but when ask them to take care,...man, then you'll know how much sin have you committed.

Well, it's good you care for your gf, and you want to impress her, but think of the pup.. If its lifespan its 12 years and the pup enjoyed first three years, and your gf dumped the dog as you dumped her....Isn't that a BIG sin? (Sorry)
In case both of you couldn't take care, what happens to the dog?

Sorry for this irritating post, but recently I had a friend who was pushing me, asking for a poodle. Out of curiosity, I asked and he admitted that his brother wanted to present his darling a poodle.. Damn it!


And by the way, If you were to present your girl a puppy, bear in mind there will be someone cursing you silently...
