2011 RESOLUTIONS

After so long, I've come up with my own resolutions. I did not really focus on my 2010 resolutions, but I must make sure I complete most my new resolutions. Go Go chaiyok!

1. GET A DEAN'S LIST!

2. Lose 5 kilos (target)

3. Go for a manicure

4. Change your hairstyle

5. Revamp your wardrobe (for God's sake)

6. enhance your poetry skills=)

7.Spend less time on net foe entertainment (target: 1 hour)

8.Jog at least 2 times a week

9. Be more volunteering

10. Update your savings

11. Learn baking

12. Don't miss any Sani Pirathosam (there's only two this year)

13. Eat less sugary items. (my friend's uncle underwent surgery to amputate his toe. Hope he'll be fine)

14. Make sure Nithiyaa applies for Master in USM Nibong Tebal.

15. Listen to mom. She knows better. Don't get angry easily.

16. Memorize Vinayagar Agaval

17. Spend more time in library

18. Keep blogging!!

Hope 2011 will bring a better year ahead. Let us welcome 2011 with joy and happiness!

(sometimes, we have friends that only come to us when they're troubled. But why they don't share the good news also?- you feel left out, all the time, make you feel angry. I just vent out mine)

Dinner with nayantara.

Parimala
Last night,I had a chance to have dinner with my friend, whom I call nayantara; for her picture in facebook. It was an immediate planning and thank God, it wasn't raining. We had a great dinner in pizza hut.

Parimala @panasonic @koyaka@ nayantara. We met two years ago in our varsity. She hails from Johore and our friendship was just a 'hi-bye' friendship at first. Now, although not so close and kinda 'bestie', we still understand each other well and whenever we are out, we spent sweet moments together. I'm going to miss her a lot, definitely!

We always make some 'unavoidable mistakes' whenever we hangout together. When we went to 'kopitiam', we had crush on this nepal guy and was talking about him in Tamil. My other friend was showing some signals, which we do not understand and continued talking about him. After getting out of the restaurant, we get to know that he understands Tamil! Ouch! So many things we had done together.

Now, back to the story. While eating in pizza hut, I asked if she will work here after her graduation and her respond was negative. She will work near her house because she had enough of staying so far from home. I was saddened by her answer. Will she marry a guy from Penang? She just smiled.

I couldn't let her go, and I don't know why. I'm going to miss so many people after graduation.

She is just so simple, and pretty, kind-hearted, funny. She has so many positive attributes.

After our dinner, we walked back. We shared so many stories about things that is going on in campus. Ya, you call it gossips. hahax!

Talking to her really was fun and I feel happy. I enjoyed myself that night.

Hike, shall we?

Look what I am doing!!!! Do you know how tiring it was? nah, actually I’m overreacting.It wasn’t steep.

So, here’s the story. We went to Pantai Kerachut,no, Monkey Beach, oh no wait, Taman Perhilitan. We never reach Pantai Kerachut, just till Monkey Beach ( don’t question the name of the beach, kay). Five of us, well one missing. He was the photographer! So many things for our hiking and picnic!

Nature is beautiful. Can you see the crystal clear water flowing? Thought of drinking the water, but lets not take risk. Let me tell you, if I accidentally put a step behind, I will fall down! YES,  like a hollow abyss.

Beautiful, calm sea. Serene. The waves, as though it has been aligned to hit the shore leisurely at a same pace. Looking at this pic, who would ever thought this very same calm sea can be so aggressive till it destroy half a city?

And that girl with spectacles, she never told us she have low bp. Imagine, in the middle of the forest, she sat down and saying it. No signal, no medicine, no one except five of us. Pheww, thank God nothing happened.

Tea time!

Life is so hectic as a student, doing assignments and projects. I would wish for the semester break to come fast and now I'm on my semester break, life is so boring. But thanks to my mother who 'borrowed' me her kitchen, I'm off to show her my cooking skills. My mother has to prepare some snack in the evening for my brother who will come back home hungrily after playing football. The moment he enter the house, the only question that will pop out from his mouth is 'do you have any food other than rice to eat?'. And, today was my turn to make him some snacks. I found a simple recipe from a blog.

MILO PURI.

2 cups Plain flour
3 tablespoon Milo
2 tablespoon Sugar
Pinch of Salt
1 teaspoon Coffee (dilute in 1/4 cup milk)

1. Mix flour, Milo, sugar and salt.
2. Add diluted coffee. Mix everything and make dough, add water slowly as per need... (less than 3/4 cup usually)
4. Fold well and leave dough for at least 30min
5. Make it into desired sized balls to ease you...
6. Roll it with rolling pin and deep fry. Voila!

It's simple! Now sit with your family and enjoy your tea time. Oh, don't forget your BRU coffee!!

1. The CRAZIEST thing that you've ever done?
     I can’t remember, but I’m pretty sure my crazy things list would hit 20.

2. If happiness was the national currency, what kind of work would make you rich?
    Make people happy. My work would then be finding out what makes them happy.

3. If the average human lifespan was 40 years, how would you live your life differently?
    The lifespan just don’t bother me. I’m happy with who I am and how I’m living it, differently.

4. If you could break one law, which one would that be?
    The Law to be forced to study, rather than enjoying to study whatever you like :P

5. What do you do, that you think, makes you different from everyone else?
    The way I live my life, perhaps?

6. Do you push the elevator button more than once? Do you really think it makes the elevator move faster?
    I only push it again, if I feel the lift is not moving.

7. If you were standing on stage, unaware that hundreds of people were watching you, what would you have done?
  Smile, wave and get down from the stage

8. Who do you think is the sexiest person alive?
   Ermm sexy? Seriously, I don’t know the exact definition of sexy. Too many people using for too irrelevant things and thus, I feel more comfortable with words like cute, handsome, macho, talented etc. Johnny Depp!

9. Who would you rather date. A worried genius or a joyous simpleton?
  A nice, good, genius, joyous simpleton.

10. If you were stranded on an island, which three things would you like to have in your bag?
Food, weapons, and a handphone ( if connection is possible)

I fear of angina. Go for a medical check up

2. Is it true that cannibals don't eat clowns because they taste funny?
 Do cannibals ask for your profession before the eat you? Now, cannibals sound funny.

3. If all the world's a stage, then where does the audience sit?
When the whole world is a stage, then all, then the ecology would be the actors. All plants, animals, humans, protozoans are actors. Who want to sit and watch a play when you have a role in it?

4. Why are all the alphabets in the order in which they are? is it because it's a song?
Yes, I used to sing when a kid

5. If you write a book about failure and it doesn't sell, will it be called a success?
Never will I write a book on failure. When I start doing all the research and think of failure all the time, I myself will be a failure (What you see, you’ll become)

6. If electricity comes from electrons, does morality come from morons?
I’ve heard this joke before. Nope. Whoever came up with this are morons.
7. What if Batman gets bitten by a vampire?
